Supplies Needed
Felt (red and white)Scissors
Ornaments
Glue Gun
Optional stocking stencil
Step by Step Instructions
Using scissors start with cutting your felt into two parts (Depending on its dimensions and you preferred stocking size). Then, using a stencil trace the stocking shape on the felt or just do it freehand. Next, cut out the stocking shape. The same shape needs to be copied to the other piece of felt.
Cut out shapes will not be looking perfect at this stage but this is not important right now.
Using heat gun glue the edges of both pieces together. After this is done, turn the stocking inside out.
Now, cut a piece of white felt to fit the top of the stocking. And again, with the help of the heat gun, glue it to the stocking. Remember to spread the glue evenly on the stocking.
Last part involves arranging ornaments in your preferred order and attaching them to the stocking.
Finally, cut the long piece of a remaining felt, fold it, glue to your stocking and use it to hang the stocking on the fire place or the wall.
I would describe this project as easy. Very few supplies are needed and instructions are absolutely clear. Final result, amazing Christmas stocking enhancing this warm, festive look of your home.
